GROUND BASED NETWORK

BÜKK NATIONAL PARK

Light pollution measurements are carried out in the Bükk National Park. The measurements are made with an SQM instrument and more recently with a photogrammetry machine. There is no fixed location but there are some frequently visited measurement positions, for example the parking lot of the Bükk Observatory (Répáshuta).
