TESS Network – STARS4ALL

STARS4ALL is an Horizon 2020 EU project dedicated to raising awareness on the negative effects of light pollution and to the promotion dark skies in Europe. The project developed the TESS photometers, a family of new devices to measure the night sky brightness.
